Wealty WordPress theme provide full IDX integration. Wealty theme is ready for integration with next IDX/MLS plugins:

None of the listed plugins above are not provided with our theme. Plugin must be installed separately.
License key for plugin is not provided as well. It must be purchased directly on plugin provider's website.

iHomefinder

Before importing demo content we highly recommend to install iHomefinder plugin and activate it with the license key.

If you do not have plugin license yet, you can activate 30 days trial period. iHomefinder plugin is available in WordPress repository and could be installed through dashboard in Plugins > Add New.
Plugin is called Optima Express.

To start working on your website and editing it we recommend to import demo content. In this case we need to import iHomefinder demo variation.

Plugin Options

All plugin options are available in "Optima Express" area in WordPress dashboard.

After importing demo content, please, verify if for all IDX pages are selected required theme templates in Optima Express > IDX Pages. Below you can find list of pages and templates for each page:

  • Property Details: Dynamic / iHomefinder
  • Search: Dynamic / iHomefinder Full Width
  • Organizer Login: Dynamic / iHomefinder
  • Featured Properties: Dynamic / iHomefinder
  • Listing report (Saved Search): Default Template

  • Contact Form: Dynamic / iHomefinder
  • Valuation Request: Default Template

All other settings, such as your IDX account settings, listing settings, lead capture, etc. are available as usual in Optima Express > IDX Control Panel.

Adding and IDX section to your home page is pretty easy. You need to use "Text  Block" shortcode from WPBakery Page Builder. There you will see in toolbar "Optima Express Shortcode" button . Using it you can add form, section, etc.
Similar shortcode builder is available in Optima Express > Shortcodes.

dsIDXpress

Plugin Options

All plugin options are available in "IDX" area in WordPress dashboard.

When you access this area, you are redirected to first section - Activation . Here you can add you dsIDXPress activation key and check if everything was configured correctly, see if your account and key are active ,etc.

In IDX > General you can edit your personal information and change templates for IDX pages. To have same layout as on our demo website, please, make sure that for all templates is selected Dynamic / dsIDXpress

All available SEO settings for IDX pages could be found in IDX > SEO Settings.

In IDX > More Options you need to add Google Maps API key. Without it map will now work. In this article you can find instructions how to create and configure this key: Google Maps API key.

Adding and IDX section on your home page  is pretty easy. You need to use "Text  Block" shortcode from WPBakery Page Builder. There you will see in toolbar four blue icons . Each of them allows to add IDX content: single listing, multiple listings, building an IDX link and add a search form. Using these buttons you can add form, section or what you need.

RealtyPress

Before importing demo content we highly recommend to install RealtyPress plugin and activate it with the license key.

To start working on your website and editing it we recommend to import demo content. In this case we need to import RealtyPress demo variation.

Plugin Options

All plugin options are available in "RealtyPress" area in WordPress dashboard.

RealtyPress > License. Here you need to add you RealtyPress license key.

RealtyPress > General Options. In this area are available basic settings, such as contact info, social networks and API keys. In "API Keys" tab is necessary to add Google Mapping API key. In this article you can find instructions how to create and configure this API key properly: Google Maps API key .

RealtyPress > CREA DDF® Data. Enter your credentials here. If you have not yet setup your feed, use links in description to do this.

RealtyPress > Appearance. Here are present all options related to RealtyPress page(s) appearance: sidebar position, min and max values for search fields, map settings, etc..

RealtyPress > System. In this section you can see system report, see all logs and debug options.

RealtyPress > Support. Contact RealtyPress support if you have any questions related to plugin functionality or access plugin documentation. RealtyPress documentation is well structured. Here you can find all shortcodes for forms and listings, information about widgets.

To add a listing section or search form is very easy. Let say, we want to add a listing carousel. In RealtyPress > Support > Documentation we can find list of all available shortcodes. In our case we need Listing Carousel shortcode. Find shortcode you need. If necessary, change it's options, such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, or price, etc.. Copy this shortcode. Then open partial or page where you want to add this carousel and using "Text Block" shortcode from WPBakery Page Builder paste copied carousel shortcode in text block. That's it!
