There are two ways to update Wealty theme: by FTP or via Envato Market. Choose one way that suits you more.

1. Go to ThemeForest website, open Downloads section
2. See in the list Wealty - Real Estate WordPress Theme , click on the Download button, from dropdown select Installable WordPress file only
3. Login via your favorite FTP client to your hosting. Navigate to your site location and then find the folder wp-content/themes/
4. Find the old theme wealty folder and rename it, for example, to wealty_backup
5. Unzip on your machine downloaded file from ThemeForest
6. Upload that folder to remote location wp-content/themes/ via FTP

After Wealty theme update you will be redirected to Setup Wizard section, where you will need to update theme required plugins in one click.
If there are no plugins available for update, you will see message , that all plugins are installed and up to date.

If you don’t have it installed, please install it from http://envato.github.io/wp-envato-market/
Once you have installed plugin, you will need to generate a personal token, and then add it in plugin’s settings. The token can be generated here.

1. Make sure you have installed plugin Envato Market.
2. Go to Envato Market tab . Open in new tab link. Make sure you are logged in by user which made purchase.
3. In opened tab add Token name and provide permissions to:
   • View and search Envato sites
   • Download your purchased items
   • List purchases you've made
   • Verify purchases you've made
   • I have read, understood and agree with Terms and Conditions
4. Copy newly created key .
5. Go back to "Envato Market tab" in dashboard and insert copied key in Token field .
6. That's all. Now check if theme update is available. If yes, feel free to update it clicking on Update Available button.
